view

From line-caught, beautifully prepared fish to perfectly shucked native oysters, discover a fresh perspective on fish and seafood with skyline views across London. With Great British Menu star and Michelin-trained executive chef Pip Lacey at the helm, the menu at Gilroy's Loft showcases the very best of seasonal quality and coastal character. It's all about premium dishes prepared to let the ingredients speak for themselves.

Two plates of oysters on ice, some topped with red sauce, are on a wooden table alongside two glasses of Guinness and a bottle of Tabasco.

SHUCKED TO ORDER

Choose from a stunning selection of fresh fish and seafood dishes. Our house-cured fish, served with proper Guinness soda bread, is an absolute must-try. Feeling adventurous? Dive into a towering Fruits de Mer platter or get your hands around one of our brilliant, soon-to-be-famous lobster dishes.

We recommend you start with native oysters, freshly shucked and served on ice with shallot vinegar, or dressed with bold, expressive flavours like fermented chilli, blood orange or seaweed cream. It's all rather glorious.

GUINNESS, SEAFOOD & GILROY

Our menu draws inspiration from Britain's beautiful coastlines, and we're also deeply steeped in the history of the black stuff itself. Here, we raise a glass to John Gilroy, whose artwork forms a huge part of that history. From the 1930s to the 60s, he brought our ads to life with brilliant animal illustrations, including the legendary Guinness toucan. And, rather fittingly, his iconic campaigns also featured seafood, bringing us beautifully full circle here at Gilroy's Loft.

AND TO DRINK?

Each dish can be expertly paired with a Guinness, a beer from our on-site brewery or a glass from our extensive wine list, with a proud nod to English fizz. All selected to bring out the very best in what's on your plate.
