No, we don't brew Guinness at Guinness Open Gate Brewery London. The Guinness you'll enjoy here comes straight from our legendary St. James's Gate Brewery in Dublin. And you have the chance to taste innovation and sip on brews made right here by our talented, creative brewing team.

Children and teenagers under 18 are welcome in two of our restaurants, The Porter's Table and Gilroy's Loft, but they must be accompanied by an adult (over 18) at all times.
Children are also welcome in The Store @ Guinness Open Gate Brewery London and Guinness Good Things, but must be accompanied by an adult (over 18) at all times.
Unfortunately, children and teenagers under 18 are not permitted in Old Brewer's Yard or on any of our brewery tours.
Service dogs are always welcome at Guinness Open Gate Brewery London, however, as this is a working brewery we are unable to accommodate pets. Please note you may be asked to present valid documentation for your service animal.

There are no storage facilities available, as result we are unable to store any coats, luggage and shopping including gift shop purchases. To ensure a smooth visit, we recommend arranging alternative storage for your items ahead of your tour booking.
All handbags and personal items must not be larger than an A4 piece of paper.

For on-street parking, there are designated Blue Badge bays available nearby. The closest ones are on Long Acre, Floral Street, Bow Street and Henrietta Street.
There are also several public car parks, including Q-Park Covent Garden and NCP Covent Garden that offer Blue Badge parking spaces, these are slightly further away.
We offer one complimentary companion ticket for guests who require support during their visit. This applies when a guest presents recognised documentation confirming their eligibility. Accepted proof includes but is not limited to: a Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or Personal Independence Payment (PIP) letter, Attendance or Carer’s Allowance documentation, a valid Blue Badge, a Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI), or a Credibility Access Card.
Please note: A complimentary companion ticket can only be booked when there are at least two spaces available on a tour.

Yes, there are disabled toilets available in the courtyard at Old Brewer's Yard and throughout the venue at Guinness Open Gate Brewery London.
Yes, there are stairs at Guinness Open Gate Brewery London however the venue is wheelchair accessible. The brewery has steps to escalators and lifts. Gilroy's Loft and The Porter's Table both have stairs and lifts.
There will be 30 minutes of walking around the building, but not long distances.

All you need to bring to your tour is your tickets and valid physical identification to ensure all patrons are over the age of 18. As we are an active brewery, no open toe shoes, sandals, flip flops or high heels are acceptable on the tour.

Our tour guests can choose from a pint of Guinness 0.0 or regular Guinness during their pour-your-own-pint experience.
We aren't able to offer a variety of alcohol-free beers during the tasting experience, however water is provided during this part of the tour, too.
Please let your tour guide know if you have any allergies so they can ensure your tasting experience is safe and enjoyable. As the brewery handles a variety of ingredients, we cannot guarantee an allergy-free environment.
