That spark of magic, that urge to innovate lives on through the brewing team here at Guinness Open Gate Brewery London. Led by our Master Brewer, Hollie Stephenson, with one simple mission - to make beer that brings people together. While you can secure an expertly poured pint at Guinness Open Gate Brewery London, we don't brew Guinness here. Instead, the brewing team are venturing into new frontiers of flavour.

Hollie has built a close-knit team whose ingenuity and expertise bring a constantly evolving offering of beers to Guinness Open Gate Brewery London. Brewed to bubble at the centre of your conversations, our team’s unmatched creativity ensures you can expect the unexpected. From classic cold lagers to innovative low-percentage brews and sours with a tropical twist.

Often, ideas for new brews burst to life during lunchtime chats and post-work drinks. Air is given to these spontaneous moments alongside a dedicated weekly planning session where the team trades inspiration for upcoming events, inspired food-drink pairings and the rotation of beers.
 
Despite the variety of flavours, each creation holds the Guinness DNA and a story to tell. It’s in the barley, the yeast and traditional methods, all governed by that playful brewing philosophy of ours.
